A really big snake.
The python is the largest snake in the world. Pythons live mostly
in Africa and Asia where they enjoy the warm weather.
The largest python ever found was 32 feet long.
Another python weighed over 400 pounds!
Pythons can live for 20 to 30 years.
The way a python eats is very different.
It will wrap itself around an animal and squeeze it hard
until the animal is dead.
Pythons can eat large animals like goats, pigs and even deer.
It takes a long time for a python to digest a large animal.
Some pythons only eat four or five times in a year!
Pythons will sometimes attack people.
So look out when you are in the jungle.
